why would you get Walmart cash if they refunded the item?
I asked why they marked the delivery as completed with no delivery. And if they treated the delivery as completed, why would the Walmart cash still pending. They have no answer.
It sounds confusing. It is. I have no idea what was going on. Normally, there is no issue with Walmart delivery. But detergent is the only one. That is why I am curious to see if this new order of detergent would be fine.
I think I had that happen with Amazon once. Ordered liquid detergent. UPS recorded as "Damaged in Transit/Destroyed" b/c it was probably leaking everywhere. I think a quick chat with Amazon CSR refunded me my order when it was clear I was not getting my package.
So, I'm kind of leery of ordering detergent now not b/c it was a horrible experience fighting for my money, but that it's a heavy item and sometimes packed poorly. (also ordered 2x1gallon cleaners from Home Depot that was mysteriously "Delayed in transit" for 2 days.. and then delivered. It was repackaged in a generic, non HD box. Right items, but I'm sure HD did a junk job of wrapping it up and the original box was destroyed. The shipping label was boxcuttered out of the original box and taped on."
32oz X 2 = 64oz for same price as 100??
