With dimmer is 20% off at $16.08... a bit pricey, but they don't make matter version in colors so this is the only black single pole option.

I have earlier versions of this switch bought around 2020. They buzz when on, kinda loudly. Not sure if they fixed that in later versions.

Are you sure? I don't see any news about this. This is the reason why I am buying it, due to the Belkin Wemo app discontinued a few weeks ago.

According to the price history here, this is a price increase. On Amazon, this is the normal price for both black and white. Either way, I don't see how this is a slickdeal.

You should be able to use something like Home Assistant to bridge the two ecosystems together to allow the switch to turn on the hue light strip at the same time of whatever like this is currently connected to
