I used to order from vipoutlet all the time, mostly direct, not eBay, but something has changed.
They have nearly three thousand negative ratings this month alone, which might be a record, despite cancelling the order when there is an issue, which eBay then blocks the ability to leave feedback.
I would only expect a waste of time, your money tied up while this is going on and frustration.
