RTings review. Noise cancelling is excellent, sound quality is fair, might pop out of your ear during high-intensity activity. https://www.rtings.com/headphones...y-wireless

Honestly, I'd rather pay the extra $7 from Amazon to avoid Newegg. You'll potentially spend weeks fighting Newegg to get your money back if you get a defective pair.

You shouldn't need to go through the retailer. I've had good experiences with Anker support directly. I bought these last year, and one of the buds only lasted half as long as advertised. They shipped me another unit that works great and let me keep the first pair.

Can anyone comment how the microphone quality for calls is for these?

For zoom, etc., pretty good and clear. I haven't used them for actual phone calls, but I bet they'd work pretty well, especially in quieter environments.

From Rtings:
"The Anker Soundcore Space A40 Truly Wireless have disappointing microphone performance. Your voice on calls sounds far away and sibilant. On the plus side, the mic system separates your voice from background noise; however, you may be drowned out in louder environments, such as train stations. 5.8/10"

I've owned these since May 2023. I've never had a single person ask me to repeat anything, ever. Also, these are extremely comfortable, have good battery life, and the multipointworks as it should.

Avoid, claims multi device usage, but need to manually disconnect for the other device to get audio.

I find this shocking. I own and find the noise cancellation pretty much nonexistent. Maybe mine are broken? I also find that when walking in crowded areas with lots of Bluetooth headsets they frequently get dropouts.

That's surprising since the 20s connect to two devices simultaneously. I do it at the gym on the treadmill where I watch my iPad and may use my Android phone. (I know, Apple actually connects, which is odd because it's terrible about connecting to my Samsung buds unless I go into settings and tell it to.)
