I had posted this card a while back, but they made a fairly significant change so I feel it's worth reposting. Amazon Prime membership is now paid for annually as a statement credit. The change is before, it was one year of membership per card tied to the account. After the first year it wasn't covered anymore. Now it's one membership covered every year per account, not per card tied to the account.

I'm going to repaste the relevant bits from my original post:

First off, not everyone can be a navy federal member. You have to serve in the military, be a dod contractor, or be related to a navy federal member. This card also has a $49 annual fee, but if you get prime you will already be ~$90 net positive annually.

This isn't a new deal, but I had been shopping around for a "generic" cash back card for general purchases. All the deal sites that list the top cards didn't note this one, I'm guessing due to the fact that navy fed isn't open to everyone.

However it seems pretty competitive. 3% back on travel. 2% back on everything else. It also covers annual Amazon prime cost ($140) as a statement credit, cost of Global Entry (which also works for TSA pre) which is $120 every 5 years, and $350 worth of points if you spend $3500 in 90d, no balance transfer, foreign transaction or cash advance fees.

You get some other visa signature perks too like rental car insurance waiver coverage, worldwide travel accident insurance, travel and emergency assistance. There's a few other visa signature perks like lost luggage reimbursement, roadside dispatch and purchase protection. Full details here:

You can redeem your rewards as statement credit, cash into your account, gift cards, etc. Rewards never expire.

I've been pretty happy with this card. I use it as my catch-all card for most things unless I have a specific card that does better in certain scenarios like 5% back on the Amazon or Walmart cards. Otherwise this one's been great. They also cycle random rewards through the year. Last holiday season it was spend $2k between oct-dec get $100 CB (on top of the regular points you earned, so ~7%-8% CB on that $2000.)

Yes! Immediate family members qualify! My sister was a member, and me, my mom, brother and other sister were able to join because of her.

I believe so. I edited the op to include a link to membership requirements.

Vague terms (1 year only or every year you have the card not specified)

Enjoy Amazon Prime® Free for 1 Year

Just pay the Amazon Prime annual membership fee with your Visa Signature Flagship Rewards Card, and we'll reimburse you with a statement credit. That's a $139 value! Already have Prime? Renew your annual membership with your card, and we'll credit your account.

Offer applies only to annual Amazon Prime memberships. Not valid for recurring membership monthly payment option or Amazon Prime Student. Only one annual membership will be reimbursed within a calendar year. Offer valid for your Visa Signature® Flagship Rewards Credit Card and is not transferable. Limit of one promotional offer per card. Please allow 6–8 weeks after the membership is renewed or opened for the statement credit to post to your account.

This is a great spread. 2% everywhere matches the my current catch-all (WF Active Cash) and getting a "free" Prime membership feels like a genuinely useful perk (even if the $350 on this card, or XXXX cash back on another card actually dwarf the a.p. sub cost)
