I am sure some people might compare it with the Geek Certified Refurbished IPhone 14 Pro Max deal from last week for $244 at BB. So, to clear up things, people reported that phone not being unlocked, it was not even being added to cart or checked out and did not come with a warranty.

We just had the same experience with ours that arrived today. Really rough bezels and deep, deep scratches into the screen that can be felt. Verizon is selling these on eBay for slightly cheaper than this deal, and theirs are unlocked and listed in "good" condition, so we may try that and send this back.

Good is the old C grade meaning it is surely beat up. I don't mind the body (as I always put a case on), but the screen that is another story. So just be aware a "good" means it will be beat up and if you are scrolling around that is C grade. So this is the lowest grade before they part out the phone. OTOH the good news is they likely have not replaced internal components so at least its not a monster of parts inside so there is a silver lining to C grade if you can stomach the external looks.

Complete scam as usual. Reseller scum "refurbished" are just used, old, or salvage with stolen and counterfeit parts (or all of the above) trying to approach MSRP. These crooks make a killing on every sale, and you get ripped off whether you find out early or late.
Walmart literally has these being cleared out for $200 on installments with no bill credits for any of AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile on postpaid upgrade.

I rather spend a little more money and get the 15 Pro.. which comes with a USB-C connector. No more having to deal with Apple's proprietary, obsolete, slow and a total rip-off of a connector.
