Pretty great. Skin temp, heart rate, blood O2, even EKG if you have a Samsung phone. I did a manual pulse check when i first got it and it was dead on.

They still have it for sale $75:

When i did the deal in Nov it was $80 with a $16 off coupon then +$5 tax so it came out to $69 shipped. Well worth it imo, mine came looking brand new and has been great.
