One of the worst "tools" in the Ryobi line, complete POS. They have been trying to basically give these away for some time.

Is it they don't work/performance, cheap material? Those hand pump are a PITA and leak after a year.

The amount that it sprays out and the force is very low. I have used it to wash a car and it was not ideal.

Works just fine. I have two of these. I use it regularly to wash the car, for applying car detergent.

Most people are angry because you have to keep it leveled for it to work.
Which is difficult to do in a lot of use cases depending where your target is.

I have two of these. They are pretty useless. The best use I have found for them so far is: Misting the plants in the greenhouse, spraying floor cleaner, and sanitizing suitcases. I originally thought I would use them to spray mosquito killer on the plants but yeah, no.

I use it to spray my trees and bushes every year. it doesn't have much force but does spread the chemical well enough around the branches. doesn't work for taller reaches of the tree. doesn't have much pressure to wash anything off. may be for spraying the detergent

This product is the answer to a question that nobody asked. And yes, I'm saying this having owned one.

I might consider this deal if Ryboi paid me $22.

I can't agree more. The pump is horrible and won't last very long, it is the exact same pump as the "gun" style electrostatic sprayer in a different form factor. It is utter trash and won't last more than a month or two with most of them being DOA. Honestly I'd love if they would make a v2 of this with a better pump or if there was an easy way to retrofit a better pump into it. Save the money and hassle and skip this one.

I bought one of these for less than $15 on clearance at home depot once. Haven't used it yet, but I figure I'll try to use it for spraying liquid fertilizer on my plants in the summer. I'll see how it goes.

Prepare to be very disappointed. Mine wouldn't even spray tap water.

The problem is that they use a cheap plastic T connector. If you open it up and replace with a brass one, it won't leak anymore. But yes, terribly designed.
