Whether regular sugar or zero, Gatorade is literal trash. Sweeteners: sucralose, ace k, useless crap: modified food starch, "natural" flavor, blue 1, ester of rosin. All those ingredients to deliver 210 mg of electrolytes, a joke, might as well sprinkle some salt in a bottle of water might get more electrolytes. For comparison an average banana has around 400 mg of electrolytes or two of these bottles. Edt: Alot of boot lickers in this thread. It's Gatorade, your grandpa didnt create it from scratch. It's a trash electrolyte drink with terrible ingredients. Knowledge is power, I will continue to provide info on products, dont want to read it, scroll past. Most people dont even know what sweeteners are used and which are good/bad. Imagine getting annoyed someone is using a post to inform people of harmful ingredients in their food/beverages. Bunch of jokes

That's a lot of effort put in for something you don't like. Easier to just pass on by.
