what's the point of the second rice cooker if you already have the first one?

Great deal! I just bought the Neuro fuzzy for $200 and cancelled after seeing this.

It won't let me cancel the other rice cooker but I wonder if you can return it without returning both one received??

If you can then the neuro fuzzy would be $145 which would be practically lowest price ever according to camel

Exactly what I was thinking when I saw this. Sell it on craigslist for ~$20 maybe? lol
That said, the NS-ZCC10 is awesome. I've had mine over a year and have cooked many dozens of pounds of rice with it. I use it once or twice a week. Perfect rice in ~45 min, every time, and it's basically 'set it and forget it' - you push the button and have perfect rice ready & waiting 45m to 12hrs later. I paid $167.50 a bit over a year ago, FWIW.

Well, if you were a small cafe, having two cookers could let you always have some fresh rice ready on hand, but also able to flexibly cut back or make more as the demand ebbs and flows through the day?Or maybe, for a household that is planning ahead to send a kid off to college after getting them hooked on the convenience of a rice robot that cooks for you?I dunno. My wife and I got a 10-cup Zojirushi rice cooker for cheap cuz the hinge was broken but useable, and it turned out we liked it so much I ended up picking up another, smaller Zojirushi, so we ended up with two, haha XD Fresh rice is really nice though, we're starting to just do meals where we'll have a soup, or some veggies and meat, or some kind of meat bake or whatever, and pair any of those with a side of rice. It's like an alternative to a side of dinner rolls, but also good with lunch?

I've owned a ZCC10 (neuro fuzzy) rice cooker for a few years and it's one of my favorite kitchen appliances. Perfect rice every time.

I guess many can unload the cheaper one on FB marketplace or offerup to cover the cost partially

Got the ZCC10 from Amazon for $160 plus tax. Absolutely worth the price.
If for some reason you need the 2nd rice cooker, or could sell it for $25, this is a great deal.
Otherwise, I'd probably just wait for the ZCC10 to be on sale by itself for a better price.

Great price, but I prefer the IH models. I also use the GABA brown setting more often than I ever imagined as I never really cared for brown rice before using it. It's worth the higher price if you're the type of family that uses a rice cooker multiple times a week, but it probably isn't worth it for someone who cooks rice once a week. IH models keep rice hot and ready for days at a time without getting overdone on the bottom.

I have both of these. The big cooker makes more rice. Smaller cooker is faster. We use both for some events. My wife is Filipina and both get plenty of use. We like both models.

When you don't like waiting an hour or more to eat some rice, you can then use the regular cooker.

Or if the seals, battery or non-stick coating start to fail on the Fuzzy cooker, again you have the cheap pot to fall back on.

Just get an Instant Pot. Makes rice just as well as a fancy single use rice cooker and no non-stick coating to fail on the inner pot.

I actually have both of these. We use the small one for daily meals since it cooks rice in 20 minutes (eg get home from work and start). We use the fancier one for bigger meals or when I have time to wait an hour. In theory you could always schedule the larger one ahead of time but who plans ahead all the time.
