***Consumer warning***

I signed up for Best Buy Total Tech (BBTT). They ended the program and automatically signed me up for their new program that I saw no value in called Best Buy Total (BBT). The worst part is I review my credit card statement so when I saw the charge for Best Buy Tota (it cuts off long names) I thought it was for BBTT, the product I researched and purchased, not BBT the completely worthless to me program that I've never heard of before and I definitely didn't sign up for. When I called Best Buy they basically told me while you should have replied to the email. When I looked into my Best Buy folder they sent me 12 emails that week and only one was about Best Buy total, the other ones were spam about deals. But the credit card company agreed with me and gave my money back.

I canceled my member ship. Got a small refund of $9. Purchased my membership back in September. Purchased new plan with $20 in certificates and $5 cash.

I like buying with BB, had to send an expensive TV back under warranty and got another brand of same value, no problems
