100% true but they hold up nicely if you hand wash. The little 5oz once's are nice in the kitchen but break fairly easily. I buy a bunch at a time and just accept they are consumable.

The reviews for Anchor Hocking's glass measuring cups with handle and spout state that the markings come off with repeated cycles through the dishwasher. I'd assume this one uses the same process for the markings. Single shows OOS for me. 2 pack is available.

Bought a few last year and now down to my last one. These break easily. Time to re-stock.

I bought one of these last year for only a 2-3 bucks, I don't think I've ever seen them at $8.95.

Local pickup is $6.99 if your total is less than $35. I have walmart+ and it still won't drop the $6.99 pickup charge. I'm not sure if this is the terms of the deal or if this is just typical walmart website glitches. Either way, the only way this is worth it is if you happen to be in a brick-and-mortar walmart and pick them up yourself without involving their terrible web application.

A cup is 8 oz. This is pointless IMHO

These are regular priced at $2.5"... I have a few I've bought over the year. They are awesome regardless!

This would be good for smaller amounts since it has tbs and tsp markings.

I would have been nice if it went up to 8 ounces (1 cup)

I've had some of these since 2017 or 2018, and I always use the dishwasher, and I've never had the markings fade off. Perhaps it depends on the dishwasher detergent, but for what it's worth, I use Powerball quantum, and I always wash these on the top rack.
With that said, these break a little easier than most of the glassware I own, but that's mostly from me leaving them in the bottom of the sink. If you can avoid that, these have been fantastic.
