With excellent condition, you most likely shouldn't have an issue, but I did have to go through two returns on one excellent condition laptop because the screen kept coming off.
My general recommendation for expensive open box items is to do store pickup if possible. Ask them if you can see the item and look it over before they sign it out to you and usually at customer service they'll allow it. Then if you notice any issues or change your mind you can just cancel the order.

I got this on an open box deal a few months back and it's a nice machine but the bloatware is excessive and its becoming harder and harder to not allow the AI integrations in the OS slow things down. I've been working in technology for over 20 years so I know how to slim down an out of the box laptop to run only the necessary things (and I know there are videos out there detailing how to disable most of the AI features) - but I just wanted to put out there that this one will work reliably, but might need a little TLC.
Just last night I couldn't get a simple security patch to update and got stuck in a reboot loop. I didn't expect to have these types of issues with a newer Dell that I'm only running basic things like browser and office on.

Best option is to backup driver using pnputil command, reinstall windows from ISO on microsoft, restore drivers.
Run ChrisTitus app to remove/disable copilot/recall etc.
