These are usually grey market keys. Imagine this: a company buys keys in bulk and pay little, the IT guy knows there are only 40 keys needed, he keeps another 20 as backup and sells the rest they will never use. That's why some ppl call these 'stolen'.

Probably volume licensing. For example, the company can sell 10,000 installs. When someone installs it on their computer and then their friend's computer and collectively all the installs goes to 10,001 installs in 3 years from now or whenever....Microsoft renders all 10,000 of them invalid. You go to reinstall it on a new computer of yours and you get a message, "the number of activations has exceeded the license" and you are TOAST! Then you go back to this company that offered "lifetime warranty" and they're OUT OF BUSINESS!

I've used them twice, once in November and once today. I wish I remembered what happened in November, but it happened today:
"We can't activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device".
Working on getting my refund now (I got a refund back in November)

STAY AWAY!!!!
