Considering the batteries are the same as the DPU, which have been $1,500 with the previous 30% tax credit making the cost $1,050 per battery in the end.
These companies reaped the benefits of selling so many units because of it, they need to take all the variables into consideration, lower the prices to equal the defunct tax credit or go bankrupt.

It is now $6500 with coupon 9TO5ECO1000, but I still think that it will drop much further. I agree with JonnySlick777 that since the batteries were selling at $1000 not long ago this is way too expensive and the market will correct that.

Wait, are you saying Pro Ultra batteries sell at $1000 each? I can only find them listed at $2K everywhere.
