That deal is dead now but if we're talking about how good this deal is, it definitely goes lower, with and without the shifter. Even Slickdeals' price history on this page shows it lower last November.
Community Reviews
Logitech's G29 wheel and responsive pedals are being treated as a strong entry point into sim racing, especially for anyone wanting to try real racing on PS5, PS4, PC, or Mac. The $179.99 coupon price is described as the lowest or near lowest seen for new, with past bundles sometimes dropping lower when the shifter was added or extra coupons were applied. The wheel is also noted as a solid learning setup for kids and a fun match for games like Assetto Corsa. The main caveat is that the coupon and bundle pricing can be finicky, and better systems exist if you want to spend more.

I would guess the XBox version would work similarly with the Switch as well. Tried the Logitech setup with one of the Need for Speed games and works well. Works with Mario Kart World but won't recommend it over a regular controller.
