I can't believe people are still falling for unsubstiantated and baseless fearmongering of seed oils despite overwhelming evidence showing that they are safe and healthy in moderate quantities.

The air you are breathing is full of plastic but let's keep pretending seed oils are bad.
You know what is a see oil? Olive oil. Coconut oil. Educate yourself. You sound as fun and informed as people who think all GMOs are bad.

There is plenty of research to show correlation between cancer and seed oils, but most of it is very recent and needs more studying but those of us who been right about everything else so far already know the real truth. There is a reason science gets buried when it goes against big profit and using oils that were only usable for greasing industrial equipment and then feeding it to people yeah no thank you....

Also what a joke in moderate quantities which is impossible since they are in EVERYTHING YOU EAT if you shop at a grocery store so that moderate goes out the door, lol. You know how hard you have to look for items that dont have seed oils I DO, even in healthy food stores less than 10% of the products dont have seed oils and I usually pay a premium for them.

As for that research in the last year a new study from Florida shows the link.

Cilantro Lime is good but it's only $.16 cheaper per bag than my local grocery store so for me it's not really worth buying 6.
