Last time someone spoke like this half the population in the world dies. You forget about the Black Plague. People like you made laws to make cats illegal , punishable with death. This genius made it possible for the rats to survive and kill millions of people. It wasn't until years later that they realized people with cats were not dying. If you don't know history you're destined to repeat it.

Agreed. I have a neighbor that puts out food for strays, and we now have about 20 cats wondering our street. They poop everywhere, pee on my porch (it stinks now) and hiss at my dog when we walk by ... and our HOA does nothing about it.
