I've had the black airplane BT transmitter for over 2 years. I has been handy whenever I fly. I've paired them with regular headphones and Shokz (not a great listening experience in a plane with those) and both paired with no issues once I figured out how the pairing works. Battery lasts a while, even after not using the thing for over a year, I was able to watch 3.5 hours worth of movies.

I've had a few of these. Black ones and this white one. There was an old version that had some issues with occasional 'skipping' when being used as a receiver but I've not had that issue with this model....yet.
Why would you need this? You can already share audio from a single iphone to 2 pairs of airpods without any add-ons: https://support.apple.com/guide/a...6f35c8/web

Edit: The "for 2 AirPods" has been removed from the post title since I made this comment. As a 3.5 mm audio jack adaptor for a stereo or something, I can see how this makes sense if you have older supported AirPod models.
