Meh deal in my opinion. This breaks down to $61 for 5lb which isn't anything special.

As OP said, the sub-$100 deals for 10 lbs deals are pretty rare these days, like maybe once a year it seems now. ~$60 per 5lbs isn't the slickest deal, be it's definitely a sale these days, unfortunately.

Costco is current pricing ON Gold at $69 for 5.5 lbs or 80 servings. OPs post is for 10 lbs or 141 servings. Both have exactly the same price per serving, unless you go S&S, in which case Amzn is cheaper
Of course, the Dec deal at costco was way cheaper.

It'll be on sale at Costco again, it does around mid-summer and the end of year/January; for years now. Usually in the $55 range for a 5.5 bag. I got 2 in January for $108 (shipped, not in-store; shipped is a few dollars more, I believe). Just buy 2-3 when it goes on sale to last 6 months until the next sale.

The full price it's showing now has been in the $60 range; it was $68.99 before the sale in January, the same as now. I think the sale is $15 off per bag from memory making it $54 per bag.

$122 for 10 pounds isnt the worst deal out there though if you need it; prices are only going up across the board.
