For reference only: last year, this model was sold at Costco for $1799.

FYI: This is a refurbished machine and can be had at around $699. New one is being sold at around $900 @ williams sonoma. This is an older discontinued model and therefore difficult to find reference price. Definitely not a $1799 machine.

This is a De'Longhi Eletta Evo fully automatic coffee machine. A relative of mine bought it new at Costco a year ago for $2,000. Today, you can find it refurbished for about $750, which is $150 more than the current price on Woot. Yes, it's a discontinued model, but in my experience, De'Longhi coffee machines last many years. Like my current Magnifica , 11 years already.

I purchased one of these off of Woot the last time they had them. Be aware though that it may include the wrong milk tank. I had to order the correct milk tank from De'Longhi, part number 5513294571 For $75 plus $12 shipping. I had contacted Woot and they were about to send me a replacement but they were then out of stock. Woot ended up giving me a partial refund of $175.

The wrong tank is easy to tell, the one included with my refurb had a flat round knob and would not engage the machine correctly. Granted it did attach to the machine correctly, the machine complained the milk tank wasn't installed when it actually was.

Other than that, it's making great espresso, cappuccino, and coffee. Side note though, I roast my own beans so your mileage may vary.

Got this the last time Woot offered at this price. Had about 130 expressos previously made on it and looked pretty much new. Has been working great and use the mil frother daily. Had a Jura J9 for about 10 years and hated that I couldn't open it up easily to clean it out easily. This Delonghi stays very clean inside and easy to access. I purchased a 4-year Assurion warranty for about $85 as I plan on keeping this a while. Doesn't do all the cold brew features but I still put over ice and tastes great.

I received mine yesterday. It looks brand new! Stats show: 1 cup of coffee brewed, all other operations (milk, cleaning, descaling, etc.) - zero. All accessories and the milk tank are packaged in nylon. Machine parts are protected with high-quality tape. Manufacture date: June 16, 2025.

Bought one. Hopefully better than the Philips 3300 that I returned.

I guess I didn't get so lucky:
Total coffee 784
Total milk 93
Total water 133
Total descale 4
Total filter 0
Total clean 36

More used than I thought. Machine is very clean but you can tell it had been used.

Yeah... It looks like it's been used for about a year. I'd try returning it to Woot.

It's considered clearance. Unless there is something wrong with it, I don't think they'd take a return. I can say that it is working really good so far. Much better that the Philips 3300 that I was able to return to Amazon after three weeks of use.

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying your coffee. It's a fantastic coffee machine, and in my experience, De'Longhi machines last at least 10 years without any issues. Despite this, Woot's customer service is excellent. I've returned several items to them twice without any issues. Just email them if you need help.

Well you were right. They just responded and offered a refund or exchange. I'm surprised. I don't really want a refund so an exchange might make sense. However, I suppose I might just end up with another one with a lot of use on it. They won't know what it'll be.

Woot's customer service is always very responsive and friendly. Now it's up to you. Do they ask you to send the device back before sending a replacement? Or can you get an exchange and compare which one is better?

CSR at Woot was great. I expressed my concern to them about an exchanged machine ended up as old or older than the one I already. So they offered a $150 partial credit which I accepted. Sort of a "bird in hand" kind of decision. Thanks again for the suggestion for me to contact them.
