I was a long time Hoka user. August 2025 I purchased three pairs (three different colors) of Challenger ATR 7. This year the treads started separating on two pairs. Hoka would NOT honor their one year warranty, even working through the BBB. I have repaired both pairs with shoe goo on half dozen spots where the tread has separated. I would never buy Hoka again. Their product quality has gone downhill. There are over fifty negative reviews on Hoka's website for this shoe and Hoka didn't resolve any of the complaints.

Exactly, when coming to customer service and warranty HOKA are the worst, I had a pair for which sole came off in 4 months, I paid myself to send shoes to HOKA only to get then back with letter that these are not a defect but a dally use thing. Really!!

Very ugly, but I hear they're comfortable.

Remember folks, a tall stack height doesn't mean supportive. I see tons of people wearing Hokas whose pronation (or suppination) is made worse by the taller stack height.
