AURORA white and PHANTOM black, give me a break!
In practical terms, it will charge an iPhone 17 Pro at full speed (~30W), as well as older models, though not a 17 Pro Max (40W). An iPad Pro M4 peaks around 35W, so not full, but close.
It will also charge a MacBook Air at full speed (30W). But not larger, or full size laptops.
It supports PPS for Samsung users, but at SFC 1.0 (25W) levels. Dunno about Pixels, which also employ PPS for higher speed charging.
Also important to note that "full speed" means that at the specified rate, and time that a manufacturer quotes for their devices in the marketing and specs.
It doesn't mean that using an adapter with a lower capacity will necessarily prevent charging entirely; the process will just proceed at a more leisurely pace and require more time, or not cope well with the device being in use while charging. It is not an yes/no situation in most cases.
Also note these are all nominal figures, and the actual figures (as measured with test instruments) will vary in practical conditions.

For a phone you'll be fine either way, but, a 45W gives a lot more headroom for use with something like a Macbook.
My last trip I brought a bunch but mostly used my 60W otterbox chargers. I hope to see a 100W unit at about that size soon and that will be what I take with me. current 100W units just feel kinda big when 45W class charger is enough to do the trick.
