Good price. I've been using the exact same model in black for the past month (paid $30) and don't really have any complaints. It will overfeed slightly depending on how much food is in the unit, but that can easily be remedied with serving size programmed down slightly.
Great item. It has been 2 years and counting, and it still works well. It is great on battery consumption too; still using the same battery even with dispensing every 6 hours and sometimes as needed.

There's a reason it's so cheap however: The problem is the greedy app, it works fine as well but they constantly pump you to sign up for their subscription plan ($5+ a month) just to use your device. You technically don't have to but they nag and nag and show you ads just to operate your feeder, which can be incredibly frustrating.

I purchased two of the 2L version back in April 2024 for $30/each and they're both still working perfectly. I don't use the battery at all, they're permanently plugged into the wall. Honestly, no real complaints at all other than when my cats get wild and somehow unplug the feeder from the wall, but that's not a fault of this product.
