Works only when your car supports wired CarPlay. So it changes it from wired to wireless. Car must support CarPlay to begin with. Please note that.

That's a helpful note... though if you had wireless carplay/android auto why would you need this?

You wouldn't, that's why he said "only when you car supports WIRED CarPlay"
