I'd take the remaster over this, any day. The only thing this has over the remaster is graphics. It's very poorly optimized and doesn't run well on base PS5. The remaster runs at a steady 60fps. This has tons of framerate drops into the low 50s, and even some below the 48fps VRR threshold. The only time this ever really sticks to 60 is inside buildings, which you aren't in all that often. They patched it for PS5 Pro, but this isn't ever going to run well on the base model. I regretted buying this.

I give this game a 3 out of 10. Big MGS fan but this was terrible. Played 7 hours, sold it immediately. Stay away unless $10 and you're a fan
