I had this cooler. It is a 6 heat pipe design. I ended up swapping it out for the Phantom Spirit 120, which is a 7 heat pipe cooler: https://www.amazon.com/Thermalrlg...industrial

I was not expecting it, but the Phantom Spirit 120 is significantly quieter, and it cools my CPU better. I think it comes down to the difference in mounting brackets and the fans. The Phantom has much quieter fans, and the top layer on the fin stack is metal, vs the plastic covers on the Frozn A620 Pro SE.
Take that as you will. I'm just sharing my experience.

This is the regular price. Good cooler, probably the best price to performance on the market but this deal is not slick.

This is not regular price. It hasn't been this price since April of 2025. I've been watching it since then

unless you have a window case and need to show off your cooler, i would recommend this more widely scrutinized 7 pipe; https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BNDTJVPL?th=1 i got this for to replace the AMD stock cooler on my AM5 mobo and am all smiles here.

Indeed. Looks like it has been ~$30 for the past couple years or so:
