There is a bundle also for sale which includes 2 DLC. Although it's cheaper to just buy DLC separately. (Bundle not available for Switch 2 version.)

It appears that buying the bundle with all the DLC then buying the switch 2 upgrade pack is $0.11 cheaper.

Metalhead is just a new skin right? Looks like a new character also got released today, which is also not a part of the existing bundle.

Looking at the bundles, there is a bundle with the new character for $9.29.

Picking up the two other DLC at sale price places it all at $16.82 for Switch. Which is cheaper than $17.98 for the base game + 3 DLC Bundle, for anyone wondering.

Is this a jab at Digital over Physical medium? Because it's SW and all you're buying is a license to use it. Nintendo could lock down your Physical copy just as easily as Digital version if they wanted to.

For me, the argument is about value. Don't like a game or it's played out? A physical cartridge can recoup some of your cost on the secondary market.

Metalhead is a new character with ranged abilities. I didn't know about the new character, thanks for the heads up. I just bought the base game for Switch 2, I figured I'd look at DLC after I played the game, make sure I want to invest more.
