Mine always turn out like pic 2 and 7, I have no explanation on the variability of the pictoral results, maybe incomplete cook, or insufficient cut and separation of the shell, I open mine up rather wide to pre-butter. edit: must be the prep, I partially extract the meat to butter/season, and leave it resting on, not in, the shell.

No free delivery for me. Initially had 20 in card which made shipping free but now it says 'requested 20, available 5' ah well. $10 delivery on $25 of tails makes it much less of a deal.
