Only the physical stores? The same-day delivery should still be available, they have their own brand and have now surpassed Walmart in sales.
As for 3oz, you would need a specific purpose for them. A few dozen as appetizers, lobster rolls. I've had some good lobster tails, but they've been in the 20-30oz range. It's like ordering cocktail shrimp at a restaurant, you wouldn't want that appetizer to be what you toss in a stir fry.

Amazon $5 total for 3oz (1.5oz each). Safeway $10 total for 6oz (3oz x 2) and they do have coupon off sometime too.

I have like 5-6 within a 30 minute driving range so in person was always the better option, not to mention the ability to do returns and get a coupon.
