Wow. I paid 1.200 range for this and it came out at &2,000 range. Amazing laptop with the best screen I've seen. The downsides are port selection, battery life is average and the underglass webcam is subpar. At this price, it's an insane steal.

Mention this each time, but always ask to see the condition in store before taking ownership/picking up if possible on open box imo - especially if you're getting a good or fair one. I've had very mixed success on them (even excellent being damaged, not including accessories, etc).

Be careful with open box from Best Buy. I just bought one laptop Open box -Excelent and I received a junk. (Scratches, missing pen, back screw missing and when I checked on Lenovo website that laptop was 3 times in service for repairs)I returned immediately next day and now I see they put it back in stock as Fair condition. It was a Lenovo yoga 9i 2 in 1 aura edition. So be careful with Open box from Best Buy. (Best thing is to find in store and check first what you buy)

This is very helpful info, thank you. I purchased a different Lenovo in excellent condition from Best Buy for pick up tomorrow. I will absolutely be checking it before leaving.
Can you link the website where you checked and found out that it had been repaired three times? I will be checking that too!

Open box has unfortunately gone downhill ever since they started including store/demo units as 'excellent' or 'good'. Each time a device is returned it also downgrades the original condition listed so good and fair can be customer returns with low usage, just missing the original box, pen, or charger.
