At Costco Next right now for $153. Need to be signed in to Costco Next to follow the link: https://costco.anker.com/collecti...max-output
I use this because it almost uniquely suited my needs: A Mac with a second monitor I wanted mirrored, together with the usual dock ports and some charging ports. Replaced a regular dock and a USB charger on the side with no complaints.

I got this for the same price almost exactly a year ago. I'm happy with it. I added a usbc switcher to swap between my work and personal computers

Do you feel anything's missing without Thunderbolt?

It does everything I need to at the workstation where I've got it set up, though Thunderbolt docks definitely do more. At my main Workstation I have a TB5 dock that will output to multiple different displays (not possible under Macs under ordinary USB-C without DisplayLink) at 5K, and it'll do that while still handling 2.5G ethernet and a bunch of USB/TB ports at high speed. If you want to run multiple 4K displays on USB-C, you might have to deal with reduced bandwidth to everything else.
