Have one of these from the last slick deal. This device is a mess to use, you need to towel off after using. Unless your fingers are compromised by arthritis or some other physical disability, regular dental floss is far more effective. If plain water removed plaque you could just rinse your mouth rather than brushing, but it doesn't.
