I recently picked up the t128 for Xbox from a previous deal. Very happy with it. This is one level up so I'd imagine its performance is similar but improved. This one has a clutch pedal but I don't see a separate shifter if that's important to you. I use the paddles on the wheel and they work well.

This one has much better pedals and the wheel is gear/belt driven vs just gear so it'll be quieter. G29 feels/looks better (this one is plasticky in comparison) though but performance wise this one is quite a bit better.

It's definitely better, but if you're somewhat serious about sim racing and want decent response, I wouldn't get this. For PlayStation, I'd 100% wait for their T300rs to go on sale. That is only belt driven, no gears. If you're on PC or Xbox, I would get an R3 from Moza, which is a direct drive.
