Might be a weird use case, but these are the only ear pieces my kid won't fiddle with for virtual/snow days. He snags the wired ones, messes with buttons/touch on headphones and loses the ear bud types. These ones he will forget he's wearing and it's fantastic.

Add me to the list of people who saw this deal a few weeks ago and bit. Very glad I did. Seriously so comfortable. Sound quality isn't the best (still very decent though) but everything else about them is amazing.

EDIT: my use case for these is to use them for work (I'm a software engineer). Connects to my PC and my phone at same time and that works pretty seamless. Never had a complaint for mic quality on either phone or teams call. For battery life, I have them on all day and can just make it full 9 hours with them on. They look decent enough for a professional setting as well.

I have worn cycling several times and I really like them. They stay put, are loud enough to be heard, and I can still hear things around me. The best headphones I have bought. Thinking of another pair honestly at the price.

I literally wear these all day while I'm in my house. I have sound on my videos I watch on my phone, listen to music when I am cleaning, and can still hear my family and engage in conversations with them since they are open air. Absolutely love them!

I wear them running all the time. They never fall out and are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them.

I think it's the use case. I have the 1st generation of openrun mini pro and I really enjoyed for intensive outdoor running, they are sooo secure and comfortable to wear for long hours. I have been looking into open earbuds lately and OPENDOTS seem to fit my expectation in terms of aethetics and functionality. However, I feel a little concerned about the formfort level and security due to the nature of design. At this price point, I might just give it a try.

These are great I also jumped on a previous Open Box deal and paid $80+ and thought that was a great price. I use them for work or when I'm outside and listening to an audiobook while watching the kids. It is an underrated feature to be able to hear around you and the physical buttons are great to have as well.

Another weird use case...if you suffer from itchy ears from in-ear earbuds, these are a great solution instead of having to wear on-ear or over-ear headphones.

For running and cycling, I think you would enjoy the OPENRUN PRO better.
