I have the most expensive brands and I have 2 that are off brands with imperfections in the finish inside. They both have a little bump where the surface was not applied properly. They all work perfectly. Cast iron is spectacular and the enamel makes them so durable. Clean the with barkeepers friend and not much more. they do well in the dishwasher and if the stains on the enamel bothers you you can bleach em or ignore it. it it is clean, happy cooking! Buy any brand as log as there is no place where you can see the cast iron except on the rim, that will be a rust problem.
