I have these and they do not work with Amazon Luna on my Legion or my LG television.

They will work with Steam games on my Legion and the LG television's built in games.

Have you tried installing the latest firmware? They also did not work with iOS but do with the newest firmware

i have the Switch 2 version of these and they're great. I like it better than the Pro 2 controller from Nintendo and it's 1/3 of the price.

I picked up a Hall effect 2C a few months ago and so far it's pretty pretty solid! I like the extra bumper button too.
