I've been using this for over a year now, and I really like how fast it absorbs. Def need to use more than once a day though if your skin gets dry.

Also shows $11.99 for me.

Is this stuff being obsoleted? I bought a couple bottles at CVS for $4, I think same size, and then a couple bottles at Target for $4 each, larger 24oz. (the Target one might have been same size in theory but extra XX% free)

I saw they were being discontinued in two local stores near me but that doesn't necessarily mean the manufacturer is no longer making it... Could just be that these retailers aren't choosing to stock it.

Why is this lotion gendered? What does it contain that is special for men. This looks like overpriced lotion compared to Vaseline brand.

I agree that it seems silly for a lotion that you put on your skin to be gender specific, but you could ask the gender question for more than half of all personal care items. I suppose the difference here is that many products marketed to men actually say "men's" vs women products tend to be pink or feminine looking.

I was initially concerned that the "mens" Gold Bond lotion would be lower in quality than their other lotions, but after using it all winter I do not think that is the case. I think this product is quite moisturizing and certainly better than Vaseline lotion. It feels more like a cream to me than a lotion.
