Most gummy vitamins and medicines do. You have to keep an eye out for "vegetarian or kosher" vitamins. You wouldnt believe how many non-pork people are taking the jelly or gummy male enhancement medicines (i.e. Viagra) and have no clue there's pork in them.

This is a very inexpensive B12, but in the form of Cyanocobalamin

This is probably the worst form of vitamin B12 because it's synthetic (not natural), it comes attached to cyanide that must be metabolized, and it requires activation by the body before it can be used.

I prefer my B12 in the form of combo Methylcobalamin, Hydroxocobalamin & Adenosylcobalamin. But it's more expensive.

Better to get from a club store. Sam's Club has a 170-ct with 3000g (higher qty and triple strength) of same brand for $14 (less than triple).

Agreed! Most B12 products on the market today use the cheaper cyanocobalamin form, which requires a lengthy conversion process before it can be absorbed. Methylcobalamin, on the other hand, can be absorbed directly. Many people focus solely on the low price without considering the quality of the ingredients.
