i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

Not sure, but definitely for new customer only. I will go back to the store later tonight or tomorrow to place the order for new internet and 4 lines. Will post result after that.

New internet and new mobile phone. That option only shows up when you are first sign up for the internet.

$400 is for iPhone. $200 for S26.

I received two trade-in emails and also looking at the CC charges, they charged twice and reversed one later, arriving tomorrow.

I had that happen last year, go with the latest email. They had a system glitch last year with my S25, two email trade in and both is the same besides the offer I.D. It gave me such a headache with the promo. I went with the first email, and the credit never showed up. So if you have two, make sure all information is correct and go with the second email.

Just received my shipment notice. FedEx has the S26 Ultra and shows it will be delivered tomorrow. I dropped off my trade-in at UPS yesterday.

Did anyone use an Amex or other card that triggered a fraud alert? Mine did and I confirmed it was valid. Chat agent claims order still shows processing and no errors but I'm skeptical it will try to charge again

no but i had to cancel my cc that i used for the payment method for my pre-order. Got an email yesterday saying it couldn't charge the order and to update payment method. i updated my spectrum accounts payment method my new cc number, and chatted with two different agents, and they both said it will re-process the order with the new payment method, and i don't need to cancel and re-process the order. Will just wait for it to automatically charge my new payment method, for now.
