If the value of the trade-in device credit exceeds the cost of the new device, credit will be reflected on bill statement within 2-3 bill cycles. Any promotional credits offered will be reflected over 36 months on the bill statement. One trade-in promotional offer is available per line. The base S26 doesn't even have storage upgrade so no point doing it online. Only worth it for those that want the plus or the ultra models.
I would avoid store at all cost.

1. Is there any required period that I must keep this line active to remain eligible for the promotion? I assume it may be three years, but I couldn't find clear confirmation.
2. Once the trade-in is approved, will the $812 be refunded in a lump sum, rather than being applied as monthly bill credits?

So if you have 2 services from different carriers then you are stuck for 2 months carrying 2 devices...

Can you call on 60th day of service to request unlock or do you need to pay 3rd month of service and request unlock on 61th day?
Let's say I entered a valid IMEI, but ended up sending in a different IMEI, but is the same model.
