i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

I placed thr order calling in Spectrum rep. She placed thr order but now i look at account,they are saying $200 is not instant and will be spread through the 24 months. Also thr line itself supposed to free, but I see $50 for the line on the billing. Anyone faced this? is $200 instant off at purchase or credit back to the line

Do trading in on store have extra fees? I can get it online right now for (base price + 20$ plan + sales tax) but I would like to receive the credit immediately (paying the phone full already).

Not sure if this was answered or not, but im looking to trade in an S23 Ultra and they're giving me a good price along with the upgrade to 512 which is a nice added bonus, but I wanted to know... if i go the ONLINE route, I'd pay in FULL for the entire amount, send my phone in, once they get it and process it, the trade-in value would go back onto my account. My question is, would I be able to get that full trade-in amount credited back to my credit card or will it have to remain on the account and be used towards statement credits?
They are stating they will give $896 towards the 512 phone if I pay $1433, which if I can get the refund for after the fact, would be a total of $537 out of pocket for a 512 model, which is a good deal....
Also, is there a way to ship the phone to another address? The account is under a family member who lives in a different state, so to avoid the headache of shipping, can they just ship the phone to an alternate address?

As for as I know, you're the 1st one in here placing an order with new internet to get the $200 discount. Can you provide some screenshot? I am interested to see how it works.

1) You will get full trade in amount $896 back to your credit card. In some state you will also get taxes (on $896) back.
2) When check out put any add to shipping address. They will ship the phone to this address. I don't know about taxes change because I only had the phone shipped to the same state.

I spoke to customer rep, they say im not qualified as new customer as I had spectrum service 8 months back and not able to get thr extra $200. off

Currently I have one free line with Spectrum and my son is using that.
Does this mean the best I can do is to add a new line and do the trade in for S26, cost around $200+3 months service fee, before cancel the new line and get the unlocked s26 phone?

I was connected to specialist who at first told me she can get the $200 off but then looks like the system is not letting her to apply the $200 off when i pay in full vs i need get go for device payment to get the $200 off but then that $200 is not instant as well, they say i need pay $899+tax but when they ship, they would take $200 off on the order. Nobody has clear info on this $200 off. BTW im trying to purchase base $26. the $200 off instant works for S26+ and S26 ultra but not for S26 base.
