i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

Just got back from store. Initially,I tried to trade old Motoroala E4 but they said system wont take.Then I trade iPhone SE2. They do perform diagnostic checks instead of manual test only.My phone has visible crack(small) but it passed the test anyway.

yeah its not quite what it used to be.
Made an appt, went on time, got called up 10 mins late. Upgraded to s26 in-store in TX. Existing internet user with free line. They did run diag check with some url called hylamobile. It did 7 tests in total (screen test, speaker test, camera test and so on).

Paid : 211.08
Trade-in phone cost : 17

Total cost: $230. Re-sellable for $450 in 2months. Not much juice, but if you're bored, do it.

Can you check if you are able to upgrade your S26 to S26+ on the same line with $700 promo. I know this year its different but check as I see S26 comes up on the tradein list.

I recently visited the Spectrum store, and they're only offering a $700 credit promotion for existing Internet customers. This means I'll have to pay around $600 here, and I won't get the extra $400 off. I'm wondering if I can get a full discount of $700 + $400 by doing the online purchase.?

The S26 unlocked on eBay is listed as $880 and it is very hard to sell and I saw only 1 was sold compared to all for S26 Ultra because eBay buyers bought S26 Ultra all the way due to attractive price on the Ultra. It costed only $1300 for S26 Ultra 512gb unlocked. Yeah, this year it is not that good for resale purpose. Another thing we have to pay Uncle Sam for that tiny juice too.

Could be different in-store, but not sure. The "One trade-in promotional offer is available per line." might actually be in effect this year.

This was towards the person asking if you can trade in the s26 for s26 plus or ultra on the same line, which online it won't give me the $700 at checkout. Is it worth getting $430 off the $1100 s26 plus after already paying $211 for the s26? I wouldn't say it is.
