i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

That's exactly what i encountered. The rep said the phone had to be active on a line to trade it in. But when he put it on the line the trade in system wouldn't accept it but was requiring the phone that had been on the line and not the added device.

Yea, I'm adding the trade-in for the s26 I just got and paid in full. It all shows I'm getting the $700, until I add to cart. Then in cart all it shows is the credit for the phone itself. Get all the way to payment and still nothing. Not sure if it's different because mine already got instantly accepted, while you're still waiting for yours to get approved by assurant?

Try to clean the history or cache in the browser or app and try again. So it only showed the device credit like $5 at the end and no $700?
