i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

Dude, look at your tracking number where you sent to Assurant. That was what they based on. All these informations are from me and a gift to you because I interfaced with them before about this. The Assurant email is "[email protected]" and make sure include the tracking number of the device that you sent to them and the content of the email (Offer Number, etc.) that tell you to send in the device; so that they know your trade-in information.

Don't celebrate yet because after Assurant credit the amount to your account, then when you call to credit that amount to your credit card, spectrum will create a ticket for Review and credit to your card. This year they do this to prevent?? That is what they told me. I hope you get yours, but just let you know to prepare.

You have to wait at least 4 hours after you received an email about that. System is not updated yet.

Denied.... I just came back from store that the system denied me of trade-in Moto g 5g 2025 for S26 Ultra with a new line. It was because of my 5 previous trade-in in-store for S26 phones. It happened at the last step of submitting order and the denied reason was fraud. 😀😀 The rep offered me online order for me, but I refused.

Do it on different line because they will allocate the new phone for activation on the line that you already ordered, so you don't want to make them confusing. You will see it under the Services-->Mobile. Every time you order, they allocate the activation spot for the new phone on that line.

Went to two stores In heavy rain.
One store was nice and they don't have in stock didn't care about mobile screen being broken but they don't s26+ but only ultra.
The other store was the worst. They straight away denied it and later when I try to trade in moto g straight talk , she saw the phone with Verizon screen and asked is it unlocked and network. I said not sure but the network is Verizon(which is actually true) but when she input in screen she can't find moto g and asked me she don't see it under Verizon..I asked her to check using others but she is saying I am trying to compromise her integrity as if I lied. What I said is true but when I argued she said no and I got angry came out .. why some reps behave like this as it's business for them and I never have any intentions to purchase more than to get one unlike some who 5 or 6 lines.. felt very bad

Did your order confirmation e-mail titled "Mobile Order Details" show the full amount with the $700 promotion? I completed check out using IMEI2 and the final order screen showed the $700 credit but the e-mail after credit card processed shows "Total trade-in/promotional credits" without the $700.

Seems like it doesn't work so I am going to cancel the order.

I was adding new lines for my first order as well. I placed an order on Saturday, but it didn't ship today.

It should ship today, maybe your area is different from mine. My order was processed quickly and I received shipping info the next day. Over the weekend I placed 2 orders and I already got shipping info today and they will be delivered tomorrow.
