The only issue with this product is that it heats A LOT. So I added two heatsinks 5 months after my purchase of the WAVLINK docking station. That helped so much. This is the heatsink that I recommend to go with it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08VDX7NNG
I set it up with my Dell laptop (G16) that has an USB-C thunderbolt to connect with 2 external monitors and some pheripheral. All is working fine at the moment.
