I'm pretty sure it will work as this seems to be a simple Display Port Alt mode for the video. The problem on the Mac side is that Mac OS doesn't support DisplayPort MST (multi stream transport). EG the ability to run multiple monitors off a single DisplayPort connection. On the Mac side it will probably work but will only support a single Monitor or mirroring across all the ports on the dock. AFAIK on a Mac it won't even see it as multiple outputs and will only show a single option. It's probably just easier for them to say not Mac compatible than deal with trying to explain that the three ports can only work in mirroring mode so for most use cases this only supports a single external monitor on a Mac. Probably not much reason to get this for a Mac since there are other options that don't have the useless extra video ports.

I tried 10's of docking stations before this one. This is the only one which: 1) Truly supports Triple 4k screens 2) Didn't break few months after. I purchased mine August 10, 2024 for $39.99 and it still works.
The only issue with this product is that it heats A LOT. So I added two heatsinks 5 months after my purchase of the WAVLINK docking station. That helped so much. This is the heatsink that I recommend to go with it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08VDX7NNG
