Did you think this is an incandescent light or something? LEDs are known to produce 80-150 lumens per watt, let's say this light uses lower quality LEDs and go with 100 lumens per watt. To hit 10,000 lumens that would need to be 100w. Which is less than the rated power you listed. So its believable.
Incandescent bulbs produce about 10 lumens per watt, so either you're very bad at math, or very bad at using Google.
candela measures intensity of the light, while lumens measure total light output (usually done by rating led x # of led's at certain power - deflector/heat/etc inefficiencies, if done properly)
