It's much easier, since it's open world and you have more ways to go about leveling up. Still the same type of game, though. I'll put it this way, I've beaten all 3 Dark Souls, Bloodborne and Sekiro, and this is the only FromSoftware game I bothered to get Platinum on, because it was easy.

One the greatest games I've ever played. If you haven't played this, do yourself a favor. At this price I'm tempted to buy it again just to support the publisher.

I was on the same boat. I tried but I gave up. I was completely lost in the open world and didn't know what to do. Talked to an NPC, it suddenly attack me, I died. I ran away and then found a cave, entered, immediately killed by ambushed enemies. I ran away again and found a big guy on a horse. I approached then he suddenly attacked me. I died. After a few more die I gave up. 😂

But maybe I can retry at this price..? $16 is a steal.

Exact same experience. I think this game will eventually be a lot of fun for me to play it just takes some getting used to. I've died probably 20 times in the first few hours I have played this and have no idea what I'm doing - just running around and picking up odd berries and fighting things here and there.
