No you aren't. These are 4v usb lithium batteries, not the 18v batteries.

I got a 3 pack of USB C rechargeable flashlights and headlamps for around $20 each pack at Costco some time ago, and I have plenty of Ryobi USB things, or I would have loved the extra batteries. The seat heater pads come with two, and they were like $30-40 each a year or so ago, and I've barely used them. Would have been good on Mom's outdoor furniture if she was still around, but we don't really go outside much anymore.

Honestly, I don't really need much lights after getting my USB C/solar chargeable battery/charger with a strap handle and pop-up light for camping. For the price of a battery, not a bad deal.

I have this also and it's great. We have hardwood and tile throughout the house and my wife and I use it all the time. I've got a couple of the smaller tools so we've got 4 batteries. We can clean the whole place with one set. I'm getting this mainly for the battery, but the light looks like it will be handy too. I've bought a lot from DTO when they do free ship. The blemished stuff is brand new with full warranty.
